Melissa is an artist, painter, creative director, and graphic designer. And has worked in the marketing industry for over twenty years.

She was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and grew up always sketching, doodling, and painting. 

Melissa holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Advertising from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

As a fine artist, she creates original acrylic painting designs on canvas. You will often find that her work incorporates patterns and border designs that extend down the edges of her paintings, Her style is organic and has a sense of balance without being symmetrical.
